Her journey began in 2015 when she started selling home-style cuisine from her apartment kitchen. This humble beginning eventually led to the establishment of her first café in 2017.

Jayati's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in commerce and certification as an IT professional and soft skills trainer. Her expertise in marketing and soft skills has empowered women within the back-office industry. Having previously held leadership positions in prominent companies, Jayati's transition into the food business in 2015 was a natural progression.
